Narrow waist has a very restrictive definition. A waist-hip ratio of 40% is at the extreme end of human limitations and correspondingly few characters are drawn with such proportions. A lot of posts tagged slender waist (e.g., post #2320531, post #2340283, post #2405855) are nowhere near this figure. If this alias is made, we either need to remove the tag from these images or relax the definition of narrow waist.

I agree. The wiki can be changed. After all, the tag was originally created around 7 years ago.
