Are these styles so distinct from one another that we need three different tags for them? Maybe it's because I'm not an artist myself, but differentiating between such subtle differences in shading technique seems a little obsessive.
If all these tags are to be maintained, we really need wiki pages that clearly spell out the differences between them for the sake of taggers who aren't familiar with all the minutiae of comic illustration and printing.
Half-tones can vary to create the illusion of a gradient; the Ben-Day dots are closer to an unmoving pattern with a fixed dot size.
Screentones is more like the entire class of monochrome shading patterns.
