I was looking through shinkyoku soukai polyphonica stuff and noticed the brown haired male's name was not tagged. I did a little searching and found his name is Phoron Tatara.
Yeah, if you have a reputable source and the original name order, do feel free to add character tags that are missing.
Make sure that at some point you prefix the tag with char: while tagging. So it's be char:phoron_tatara. You only need to do this once, and it assigned the tag type "Character" to that tag, which allows us to do various neat things.
