create implication han-gyaku-sei_million_arthur -> million_arthur_(series)
Just found rebellious_millon_arthur with 8 posts (missed it as part of the previous BUR due to the typo). Changing the name to follow the pattern of kai-ri-sei_million_arthur and kaku-san-sei_million_arthur, and implying the overall series tag like the rest already do.
We could instead potentially make rebellious_million_arthur an alias for han-gyaku-sei_million_arthur, like diffusion_million_arthur is an alias for kaku-san-sei_million_arthur. It'd lessen the chances of mistags, but as mentioned, it only has 8 posts.
