[REJECTED] Tag implication: outside_border -> border

Both of which have the white border tag which implies border.

First, I'm not sure how many would call that a white border. Regardless of how others may have tagged it, at least for myself when I hear white border, I imagine a white outline with color on both sides.

Second, if one were to consider those as white borders (which I don't), then they would no longer be outside the border as they have not exceeded the edge of the border itself, which would be outside the image. Even if an the object in question were to encroach to the edge of the image, it could never be outside the border because that would be tagging something outside the image POV, something we don't typically do.

Finally, if one considers those not to be white borders (which I do), then the transition between color and white could be considered to be a quasi-border, and a foreground object extending past that border would then be outside the border.

Bonus Round:

Not all uses of outside border with white/black/color edges are fully enclosed on all sides (outside_border letterboxed).

Yeah I'm not sure I'd call those white borders either.
