I wanted to say this should be implicated to mini crown instead but as tapnek said it shouldn't, you can have a personification of the crown for example.
If the one in post #3271161 isn't a mini crown I don't know what is, if it was a normal crown it would fit around the head and I can't see that fitting on anyone.

yes, people actually draw it on Booette as a mini crown a lot of times, and i guess she's about the same size as Luigi.

The reason I don't support this implication is because it goes against how we treated special items like the fuuin no tsue and the soul gem, whose tags don't implicate the tags of the items that they are.
Another reason why specific items should never be implicated to the type of item is that they may be adapted into a different kind of object. For instance with Fuuin no Tsue, post #2205310. Hypothetically it could happen with the Super Crown too.
