Are these artists related / the same?

From what I've managed to identify without knowing a lick of Japanese:

1. post #3416793 isn't from the original source - looking at the account in question points to it likely being a repost of post #3414067, since the supposed Pixiv source has artifacts the Twitter one lacks.
2. With that post out of the way, the latter post's artist, niameresp, was investigated. Whilst looking at the Twitter account sourced, ksmxnb2, would lead to assumptions of mistagging, at least one post (post #3265713) was sourced from niameresp, and clicking it brings one to ksmxnb2. Therefore, we'll concentrate on ksmxnb2, otherwise named たろうまる.
3. Now, the remainder of the Pixiv sourced posts brings one to id_2039224, also named たろうまる, and same avatar.
4. Checking the artist tag for post #3423253's artist, misu kasumi, we'll find that the Pixiv account linked there is... also id_2039224, たろうまる.
5. Doing a brief search through the Twitter linked in the artist entry for misu kasumi, kasumiM224, I didn't notice a Pixiv link, at least not yet. However, what I did find was this image, which appears to be near identical to post #3242748.

Now, the evidence does seem to conclude that we're dealing with two artist entries for the same artist. It isn't uncommon for artists not to link all their social media in one spot (god knows the entries I've had to update to take that into consideration), especially if the account in question is oriented around something specifically (ksmxnb2 seeming to be exclusively Xenoblade 2 stuff, and the fact that ksm could easily just be shortened kasumi).

EDIT: Giving the Pixiv page a Google Translating, I get the following: "Although the previous handle name was "Kasumi", since it is the same name as the presumption, change the name for a while and act as "Taro Ramu"."

No matter the quality of the translation, I think we can make a decision at this point. A professional opinion would be appreciated, however!
