BUR #2202 has been approved by @evazion.
create implication heart_tattoo -> heart
Reason: Heart-shaped accessories are already implicated with heart, and as far as I am aware there is no instances where heart should not be included, when heart_tattoo is.

I'm okay with doing this for abstract shapes like heart_tattoo and star_tattoo, but only as long as they're not used as a precedent for making all other tattoo designs implicate whatever object they're based on. A butterfly tattoo is not a butterfly, and a dragon tattoo is not a dragon.

I agree with you, that makes sense.
