Safe mode overrules my decision ?

Im getting :

While i have safemode off. Why ? And i also have PLAT membership.

Check to make sure you aren't using Safebooru by accident, as it functions just like Safe Mode. If you don't want to filter explicit art, you should be looking at https://danbooru.donmai.us/.
