can we make rabbit_girl a tag?

@CanTouchMe Forum threads don't have expiration dates. Also, the most recent activity in that topic was less than two years ago. You could have just bumped it. :/
Anyway, good luck trying to get people on board with using rabbit_girl when nearly every other rabbit* tag is aliased to its bunny equivalent, even when it makes zero sense. I believe you'll find that even if rabbit_girl is officially supported as a tag for "real" animal ears and tails, most users will continue using bunny_girl out of habit because you can't change the fact that rabbit and bunny are synonyms.
So it seems like the OP changed the bunny girl wiki and started retagging posts already before any kind of conclusion was reached.

I have to agree. I think we rather should implement something like Playboy Bunny with a tag like "fake bunny ears" being implicated with Fake animal ears. Or something else, if someone has a better idea. Most users will pretty much use bunny girl and someone has to check it all the time, which is just a load of work.

I agree on a personal level with separating real rabbit girls from fake ones, on the basis that the playboy bunny style is prolific enough to deserve its own distinction, but we aren't doing that with other animal girls so I don't see a a good enough justification to give bunny_girl special treatment just because it's a more populated tag than the others. I'm pretty sure narrowing searches down to either playboy bunnies or real rabbit girls is already possible with two tags, as well.

I think you´re right. Searching for bunny girl + fake animal ears or fake tail should be enough for most searches. I would even say, that we nuke rabbit girl, or alias it with bunny girl, because it only has a few tags and most pictures are going to be tagged as bunny girl anyway, and the animal tag for rabbit is aliased with bunny too.
It shouldn´t be a problem searching for anthropomorphic rabbits too, because a search for bunny girl + furry is still possible.
Just a suggestion:
- bunny_girl tag could be anthropomorphic rabbit girls/girls with rabbit features (characters such as Mirko (BNHA), Amiya (Arknights), Carrot (One Piece), Usada Pekora (Hololive), Wererabbit (Monster Girl Encyclopedia), that are clearly not playboy bunnies)
- playboy_bunny_girl or bunnysuit tag for fake animal ears/tail. Bunnysuit tag could be more useful in this case as it would apply for bunny boys too.
I believe it would be easier to search and more organized (and also very helpful for most users who can only search two different tags at once).
