Imply reverse costume tags to inverted_costume

BUR #2336 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

create implication reverse_bikini_armor -> inverted_costume
create implication reverse_bunnysuit -> inverted_costume

Reason: I don't know about the first tag, but the second one is definitely becoming a trend. I'm not sure if there are other "reverse_*" tags.

mass update inverted_costume -> reverse_outfit

Reason: Consistency, unsure between reverse or reversed

There's no posts under inverted outfit. Did you mean costume?
Also, do mass updates automatically reassign existing implications to the target tag, or will the next post tagged reverse bunnysuit get tagged with the emptied inverted costume tag?

The latter. It needs to be an alias if you want implications to transfer.

Wait, what exactly are you trying to accomplish here? You had the implications created just 4 days ago, and now already you want to do away with the inverted_costume tag. Also, the reversed outfits from the implications will continue to populate the tag, so it's not like it'll go away.

I just realized it's inconsistent with the other tags treating the same argument and wanted to fix that.

Yeah, i didn't realize implications wouldn't transfer.
