Move "hypnotic" tag to pool

Hypnotic's description is currently

An animated post that gives you the urge to stare at it for the entire day. Not to be confused with hypnosis.

This sounds quite subjective, and the entire tag only contains animation loops. The only proper "hypnotic" post is post #425286. Which goes against the description.
I'd suggest to either nuke the tag or move it to a pool.

Even that is really just optical illusion (which it's already tagged as). There really isn't any hypnosis going on.

In favor of nuking, it's basically just random looping animations some person liked.

I agree, though I could see this surviving as a subjective pool.

Moving to nuke the tag. Most of these posts are either ancient or just random porn, so I don't see a lot of value here.
