At the moment, as catch-all tags we use see-through for transparent clothing and transparent for anything else. This is a good distinction, but a number of specific see-through clothing tags use "transparent_x" instead, and we even have a few tags that use the term "translucent".
I suggest making it an established practice to tag specific transparent clothing as "see-through_x" and use "transparent_x" for non-clothing items, such as umbrellas and hair. I also suggest we nuke the translucent tag (along with any other "translucent_x" tags) and give it a wiki as an ambiguous tag that points to see-through and transparent instead.
