Black Lagoon Raws/Translation upload concerns

Okay, I came across both the raw and translated version of an 8 page booklet. They're almost the exact same quality picture (I can't tell the difference), so I'm wondering what to do.
I had a few people tell me uploading both is OKAY, but the most intelligent advice was to ask the forum.
I also had one or two telling me that I should either only upload the raw, and use the translated text there.
So what should I do?

Raw version gets priority, but since you've already uploaded the scanlation, don't bother uploading another copy. It isn't worth it. My position would have been "do neither, it's a scanlated doujin".

While uploading entire doujins or manga is generally frowned upon, I think certain exceptions can be made for cases like this one. The Black Lagoon manga artist Hiroe_Rei publishes under the tex-mex circle and there's some precedence for uploading his work, such as pool #164.

Neither. Not because they're bad, but because this isn't the place to upload doujins/manga/etc.
