Aren't they technically light machine guns? That said, the light_machine_gun tag doesn't get many implications.

I don't think so. Things start to get a little weird when you throw the subcategories in the mix. The definition we're apparently going with* is that the LMG uses an intermediate cartridge, which the PK family does not fit into.
