Ball squeezing can be used in a non-cbt way. Most of Itou life's doujins have it and they're as far away from cbt as you get.

Yeah, I wouldn't call things like post #3370817 or post #3147976 CBT. The CBT tag can be manually added to these posts where appropriate.
