Does Aru from Blue Archive have a hair ornament or horns?

Art of her (including the official) generally shows the 'horns' as being far back enough that they would have to come out the back of her head and immediately curve out sideways, which would be quite unusual. Given this, the way her hair is partially tied back at the same height, and their metallic texture, it looks to me like a large crescent hair ornament rather than a set of horns.

I gather this is to be tagged on a per-image basis, per the adage of 'tag what you see', but that's the problem — a lot of images where they are being tagged as horns really don't look as such to me, but apparently do to others, so I wanted to bring it up for discussion to see what the consensus is or something.

I think most artists don’t know either and some draw horns, some draw a hair ornament.

I would tag the hair ornaments in kittey's example with fake_horns too, to be honest.

If the latest trailer is any indication, Gehennans' horns seem to be natural, so they should probably be tagged horns in images where they are not obviously hair ornaments (i.e removable and removed).

Just tag it as what you see it.

That means that there isn't a unified way of tagging them but that's always the case when artists draw the same thing in different ways.
In other words: Both are correct, depending on the image.

Info I got straight outta Yostar themselves, it's all-natural horns, same for all the Gehenna girls. I've been told that the character design sheets do actually show how it works, but those won't get released to the public for aaages.
