milking is aliased to lactation, and hand milking seems to be defined to be explicitly for "a cow (or similar animal)" (although the posts tagged with it are mostly humans, e.g. post #3251668)
i propose updating the wiki page for hand milking to specify that humans being milked manually are also on-topic for that tag, since there is a clear difference between "spontaneous" lactation as in post #4420511 and manual milking as in post #4293548, and the existing hand milking tag seems good enough to describe this
something of less importance would be to unalias milking from lactation, since it sounds quite clearly like an active act (someone milking someone else), which feels silly as an alias for the lactation tag for which a lot of posts are just "spontaneous" lactation, e.g. post #4370578
