Games I would say, are in fact not images and such difference in medium should guarantee being a meta tag just like video, flash.

I would say this tag should be called flash game since game is ambiguous and this tag is specifically about games made in Flash.

I'm not sure that this option is needed to resolve the issue. The tag "games" can be perceived according to the meaning of the word, and not to search for games of this type. The last image was uploaded 7 years ago and the download was recently disabled. Over time, the understanding of the tag may become more ambiguous.
Maybe you can rename or move images under the new tag? Is it possible to check the activity of the request for this tag, compare with the subsequent viewing of related posts?

Look at the tag history, it routinely gets misused. It can be unaliased at a later date.

defeat use "game" (current name "flash game") used used since the first edition wiki-page.
+ need check another linked. I only fixed some unambiguous flaws, but some of the descriptions do not look correct in relation to the tag.

remove alias game -> flash_game

Due to some posts being uploaded having #game, this tag continues to get mistagged as a result of it retaining the alias. To avoid this issue, I propose it finally get unaliased.
