anyuu recently debuted on twitch.tv under the name of annytf.
Should we update the former tag to match the same format we use for other virtual youtubers who are also artists?

Technically, there is no standard format, as we have many cases of artists-turned-VTuber where the tags instead go something like the following: shigure ui/shigure ui (vtuber), nezumi nemurin/nezumi nemurin (vtuber), usagihime/usagihime (vtuber), etc.
Additionally, there are artists-turned-VTuber where their respective tags don't match up at all, ala a number of Atelier Live members, Pochi (POCHI-GOYA)/Pochimaru (VTuber), and so on.
So a difference in naming with their VTuber counterpart isn't in of itself a reason to rename them. If their main socials, for instance, were updated to reflect this new name (which just appears to be their handle on Twitch and Twitter, as well as their email; their actual name is just Anny), now that'd be a more compelling reason.
