ano_otoko tag overhaul

BUR #5482 has been rejected.

create alias asuka_r._kreutz -> ano_otoko
create alias ano_otoko -> that_man

(forgive me if i did the commands wrong) so what i want to do is make That Man's real name an alias for the tag, and then alias the current tag to the english version of his name, as i haven't seen anybody in the english GG community use Ano Otoko when referring to him.
basically
new tag name: that_man
aliases: ano_otoko, asuka_r._kreutz

Shouldn't his actual name (asuka_r._kreutz) be the main tag, with the others aliased to that?

i considered that but it is a new revelation in the franchise's timeline, just being revealed at the very last scene of the last released game. i suggested having that_man as the main tag for spoilers sake and because it's what he's called for the majority of the franchise.

edit: having looked back on the link i provided, it does look like the most recent game is going to primarily refer to him with his real name, so making that the main tag does seem the most logical.

Let's go with the full real name then. Spoilers seem to be a non-issue since official marketing materials openly use his real name.
