"Identity censor" is not a phrase I have ever heard off of Danbooru. "eye censor" was the first thing I tried, and I had to go down to the "non-sexual censorship" section of the censored wiki to figure out that we call this kind of thing identity_censor. 99% percent of the time identity_censor just means the eyes are blacked out.
Definitely should not go the other way, as there's types of identity censorship that are not just censoring the eyes (post #4450874).
