Enough time has passed since this alias was put into place that removing it should be safe by now. We haven't had problems with anyone trying to create tags like holding_watermelon or holding_banana in the intervening years, so it's doubtful that anyone will try to recreate holding_strawberry.

Both alias are unnecessary, ambiguous, and the first two results for "on" in the autocomplete. shirt_only could refer to no_pants or bottomless, and thighhighs_only could refer to no_shoes or nude thighhighs. The autocomplete clutter is probably the most important reason to remove them, though.
