[Feature request] Allowing the browser to automatically choose between light and dark colorschemes?

Any chance the CSS could be updated to make use of prefers-color-scheme, since it's now used by all of the major browsers (and then some)? Maybe even add a checkbox to the User Settings page where people can tick it to let the browser decide (if it can), or untick it to force the colorscheme selection in the existing dropdown.
