Some naked_* tags that don't implicate the clothing characters should visually have
naked gakuran should just be naked jacket + gakuran.
For naked armor, some tags like gauntlets don't currently imply armor and there's posts like post #3568678 in there. I have no issue to implicating naked armor to armor however, given the name and the assumption that it wouldn't be called naked armor if someone wasn't going to call what's being worn "armor".
Also naked chocolate implies nude yet all the other naked_* tags do not, it's kinda weird.

That's because it's just a tag for nude people covered in chocolate.

Yeah, I forgot how the nude works here, I guess fully chocolate covered people won't be tagged with naked_chocolate either.

About the naked shrug tag, this should probably be aliased to shrug, similar to naked randoseru etc. It's clothing that does not cover the torso, so it shouldn't count against the nude tag. See also nude shrug_(clothing).
There were some that didn't fit under naked armor either.
For the remaining ones, post #2320443 and post #2320442 and post #2008700 were all missing the shoulder armor tag, which implicates armor.
I don't think there's any point in trying to decide which pieces of armor count as armor and which ones don't. We have full armor for someone clad in armor, so there should be a way to search for pieces of armors in general without having to do a OR search with 7-8 tags.
