Any advice for poor quality, poor drawn or uninterested?

My friend , Doriabaciu has a big problem, his art got denied on approval for poor quality and disinterest, any advice for quality improvement?

This site's main purpose isn't for uploading your own art, aka a self upload. They're generally highly discouraged because artists themselves hold their art to a different standard compared to approvers. It's better to post your art on different sites like Twitter, DeviantArt, Pixiv etc. This isn't a place where people can give artists tips to improve, unfortunately.
