My interpretation of the "no yukkuri abuse" rule is that it is intended to ban things like One Yukkuri Place guro stuff, so pixiv #92860428 seems fine, but because it kinda has the trappings of the usual yukkuri abuse story (i.e. yukkuri does dumb stuff and gets punished), and 1/3 of the Pixiv comments were joking about yukkuri abuse (ゆ虐), it felt prudent to ask first just to be sure.

I think the quality is fine. The yukkuri abuse rule is, as you said, only there to ban the poor quality guro stuff.

Deformed characters associated with the yukkuri shiteitte ne meme being mutilated, tortured or killed.

So you should also not tag the upload with Yukkuri_abuse, but only yukkuri shiteitte ne.
