rename heidi -> heidi_(alps_no_shoujo_heidi)
rename peter_(heidi) -> peter_(alps_no_shoujo_heidi)
rename clara's_grandmother_(heidi) -> clara's_grandmother_(alps_no_shoujo_heidi)

I think what's happened here is that Heidi used to be a character tag for the alps no shoujo heidi copyright and got re-catagorised at some point. This is demonstrated by the fact that there's a 100% overlap between the two tags. This BUR is correcting the tag's catagory, in addition to adding a qualifier to reduce future confusion, since the tag's name is otherwise very ambiguous.
The two other characters are ones I've thrown in for consistency. I think "heidi" is also too ambiguous as a qualifier.
