create implication pixiv_red -> red_(pokemon)

Pixiv Red is a fan interpretation of Red, but is still intended to be the same character. Either way, we should have a ruling, because tagging's inconsistent currently; there are a lot of Pixiv Red pics that aren't tagged with Red (Pokemon), and a lot that are.
