create implication breasts_on_table -> breast_rest
Breasts_on_table is a recent development, created in 2019 but only populated within the last year. Prior to that, images of breasts on a table were merely tagged breast_rest. But now that breasts_on_table is beginning to gain currency with uploaders, I'm finding that many of them are neglecting to tag breast_rest as well, leading to tag fragmentation. This implication is meant to resolve that.
The decision to not imply table is deliberate, as many of the posts with this tag are for desks..
If the majority here would prefer that we go back to using only breast_rest for breasts on a table, this could be an alias instead.
