Implicating *_wristband tags to wristband

BUR #9366 has been rejected.

create implication black_wristband -> wristband
create implication blue_wristband -> wristband
create implication green_wristband -> wristband
create implication orange_wristband -> wristband
create implication pink_wristband -> wristband
create implication purple_wristband -> wristband
create implication red_wristband -> wristband
create implication white_wristband -> wristband
create implication yellow_wristband -> wristband
create implication striped_wristband -> wristband
create implication striped_wristband -> striped

Color/pattern-specific tags should imply their generic equivalents.

These tags are found on everything from arm warmers (post #4371221) to wrist cuffs (post #4800833) to scrunchies (post #4896937). We can clean them up, but it is very unlikely that people will stop using them this way.

As suggested in topic #15523, individual types of wrist accessories are too insignificant to get their own individual color tags. It would make more sense to merge them into combined tags for armwear/wristwear. We don't have color tags for socks or thighhighs either, and those are a hell of a lot more prominent than wristbands.

Didn't consider that, sorry.

Maybe alias into _wristwear, then? I agree that the tags are probably too specific as it is.
