There's more, like panties in mouth. Which begs the question: do panties_in_mouth gag count as mouth_hold?

clothes on floor -> clothes is unrelated to the rest of the BUR. Don't throw in unrelated requests like that. Clothes itself is a bad tag that I don't think should be perpetuated.

If it's used as a gag then it would be panty gag instead of panties in mouth.
Also I think the clothing should still be worn. Otherwise hair tie in mouth would count, which I think is a different trope.
