Alias x-shaped_choker -> cross_tie

create alias x-shaped_choker -> cross_tie

These two tags appear to be for the same exact thing. The choker one even mentions bolo tie, which instead points at cross tie as the tag for this.

Tbh the cross_tie addition is super recent, I only added it a week ago or so when I started gardening bolo from all the neck ribbons and cross ties. I didn't even know about x-shaped choker.

Though yeah, they do seem to be mostly the same. The choker variant just seems to be supposed to be worn directly on the neck, while the tie would be worn with a collared garment, so I don't think the difference is large enough to be relevant.
