How to create a new favgroup ?

I tried many way and readed the help page again and again , but I still can't figure out how to "create a new favgroup"

Can anyone help me plz ? i really cannot create a new favgroup...

Go here and click on "New".

When you go to your favorite groups there's a "New" button in top left right under "My Account"
