BUR #10747 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias ||_|| -> |_|

The former was implied to the latter in BUR #2970 (forum #168908) but I'm not convinced they need to be separate.

I don't know that these even need to be separate tags. It's not like we have multiple levels of thickness for =_=. There doesn't seem to be much difference between the two in practice either.

Yeah ||_|| is supposed to be for thicker lines but realistically this kind of distinction is never going to work.
