Han'eri utility alias

BUR #10922 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias haneri -> han'eri

While only one character apart, because of the apostrophe the autocorrect doesn't try to suggest haneri as the correct spelling of han'eri. Additionally, this name is used on the image that the kimono page links for kimono elements breakdown.

It's because there are other results in haneri*, not because there's an apostrophe.

Oh. Well, still the alias'd be appreciated.
