Add alias for "America" tag

The bulk update request #11576 (forum #218227) has been rejected by @DanbooruBot.

Any particular reason this BUR hasn't been approved? Should I change the tag to United_States_of_America instead? That tag seems clunkier to me, but I'm not fully opposed to it.

BUR #12298 has unanimous approval so I see no reason to not approve.
About United States vs United States of America, I'm fine with either, I merely suggested "United States of America" because it is the full form of the USA abbreviation.

One of these BURs should be approved. The one thing everyone in this tread seems to agree on is that "America" is a bad name for the tag.
