rename cock-tail -> tucked_penis

Someone made the tag today but chose the worst possible name. No idea if we already have a name for this.

We have tucking.

Seems it's a tag used on other boorus like R34. I guess it's for when a penis could be mistaken for a tail.

Ambiguous term. It's being used for clothes tug as well.

I made the tag. I used cock-tail because its already a well known established term on other boorus like punished said.

Might be me being pedantic but that's a bit confusing with the cocktail tag for the drink.

The current name is easily confused with cocktail, so it's a bad idea to keep it as the main tag name.

I'm not arguing by all means change it, im just saying why I had it like that.
