twirling weapon implications

create alias twirling_knife -> twirling_weapon
rename gun_twirling -> twirling_gun
create implication twirling_gun -> twirling_weapon

For consistency and because there's things like post #5670166 which are neither. Not sure if we want to keep twirling knife as an implicated subtag.

As always, knives arent necessarily weapons. Im sure some artist will draw a character twirling a table knife just to spite us.

Well, I don't have a better proposal for the name. I think it's fine to have twirling weapon as the tag name as long as we don't imply it to weapon. If someone has a better name for this I'm all ears.
