Can anyone check this post #11042920 whether it's AI generated or not?
I spotted too many irregularities here, her white "blaze" on her bangs is not present and her hair is not aligned with the shape of her head, the hands looks pretty weird too with her left thumb being very odd-shaped, and her tail split in the middle?
I'm no expert on horse anatomy, but i assume their tail did not split into two or split in the middle.
None of those sound like hints of generation, they sound like human errors and artistic choices. Also, you really shouldn't be flagging posts because they're "possibly" AI. Proper proof really should come with an AI flag, otherwise there's a high chance it just gets overturned.

- You can see individual brushstrokes in many places, most visible on her hair, nipples, lips, and eyes
- Hair and the braid are coherent (AI trips up here a lot)

Also there's been quite large influx of umamusume post with sources coming from arca.live website most without artist tag, should that be counted as another reason of why the post might be ai-generated?

A lot of people will share their commissions on there, since the NSFW can be uncensored and doesn't kill image quality. Just looks like a few users have discovered a new place to find art and are uploading everything they like, which isn't unusual

The checkers on Buena's lapels in post #10961902 have smudging and irregularities in the square size and tessellation, the red ribbon that forms the x pattern on the left of her skirt also looks smudged, the four-leaf clover pattern (see post #7913638) is nonsensical, something is something weird is going on with Miku's jacket and shirt collars in post #10996162, not to mention the looping hair and blending with the sky on the right, and the odd anatomy going on with Miku's thighs in post #11025332, which doesn't seem to make sense with her right leg placement, the heart brooch blending in post #10931853 with the shirt and the odd shape of the buttons.
edit: it looks like the artist replaced post #10961902 and post #11025332 with asset #47208048 and asset #47183375 respectively, I didn't even notice the extra tie on the latter. Definitely AI
Why didn't i catch that at first place, her clover emblem is basically nonexistent, definitely AI.

I don't think this is fully AI-generated, as it seems similar enough in style to the artist's other works, but the background looks off to me. If I post this, should it be tagged with AI-generated background?

The girl of the image isn't AI-generated. You can post, but you should tagged it with AI-generated background.
ryuhirohumi seems to at some point have started to use AI for their coloring (mentioned in their bio), we should probably figure out when so the posts can be tagged ai-assisted.
