Alias muted palette -> muted color

BUR #12862 has been rejected.

create alias muted_palette -> muted_color

Utility alias.

It shows up in autocomplete when you type muted so I don't really see the benefit unless you're API tagging

I'd turn it around to muted_palette to match limited_palette
