Deprecate cutlass

The wiki page states that the tag is ambiguous, suggesting that it shouldn't be used.

We should really just move the sword tag back to cutlass. Feels like we're going way too hard on the deprecations and won't stop until every tag is qualified.

I was thinking that cutlass seemed like the more natural tag for the sword. The sword is probably much older than any other use of the term, and the etymology seems to back this up.

create alias cutlass_(sword) -> cutlass

The only other uses of "cutlass" in tags is in character or artist names. If the cutlass tag isn't deprecated, we should give it to the sword.

So what's the difference between a cutlass and a scimitar and a saber_(weapon)? Should we just alias all of these to curved sword (after some cleanup, because I'm seeing random swords and rapiers especially in the last one)?

Straight bladed sabres and cutlasses are a thing. Im seeing several straight sabres, not so many cutlasses although there are a ton of scimitars and anime_BS curved blades tagged with cutlass (because pirate mostly).

Im not opposed to a curved sword tag, trying to define what kind of sword something is is a rather futile exercise since definitions varied over time and between cultures (American vs British for example).
