For the purpose of having a tag that will cover any range of objects that are impaled or trapped in the noggin. Better names for this are welcomed.

in head is a risky name, I can see careless or inexperienced users adding the tag for hair ornaments and similar.

object in head would have the same risks probably, maybe object through head would be better? "through" is wrong because some these objects are not often going through the head entirely, but it would drive the point across that these tags are for object-to-head impalement (fake or otherwise).

That's the exact thoughts I had too. I can't think of anything better, so I started with arguably the worst.

Maybe object_penetrating_head?
