Alias Mr. Krabs' nickname to his "full name" tag

The bulk update request #14078 has been rejected.

create alias mr._krabs -> eugene_h._krabs

Well, I don't know who made these tag, but the current tag for Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants is currently named with his mostly unused "full name" (Eugene H. Krabs). So, I think an alias is needed.

The alias should be the other way round; we should use the universally more well known name.
