I thought DMCA take down request might do it, but it's asking for individual posts to be taken down, I wonder if it makes me a banned artist too?

I guess that's where I am confused. How do you choose between becoming banned or just taking down a couple posts? because the DMCA form requires list individual infringing posts and their sources. Do I have to list all my works in order to be banned or just a couple is also enough? There are a lot of them so I hope that I don't have to list every single post in the take down request.
You should contact evazion about it as he's the one who handles these things. Shooting him an email is probably your best bet.

If you want to be completely banned, you can just say that in your request and your tag will imply banned artist, it will automatically ban all posts under your tag. If you don't want to ban yourself completely but want some of your posts to be hidden, you will need to say which ones.
