remove implication lantern_festival -> sky_lantern
Not all celebrations of lantern festival involve lanterns, it's original name doesn't even have "lantern" in it after all, "元宵" is a food, post #6044434 and post #6043710 got tagged lantern because of this implication.

It might be a good idea that we use the original names and not the translation names, a lot of them got weirdly localized and doesn't even mean the same thing, I still get confused when I see them.

Looking a bit more into lantern festival shows that it seems to be applied to any instance of flying, floating, hanging, foreground, background or just random lanterns, including japanese clothes and korean clothes, some of them I can’t even tell the connection. Does that mean people are treating this more as a generic term rather than the actual festival?
There's also one that according to the commentary, might be mid-autumn festival instead.
And of course that Genshin festival based on it.

I'd say that's an argument for renaming the tag because otherwise we might as well nuke it.
