create implication jeff_the_killer_(ai-gen) -> jeff_the_killer

made a new character tag for the AI Generated genderbent version of Jeff the Killer, i fucked up the tag name when i scripted it so this will also fix that

It's just 8 posts, don't need a BUR to correct such a small tag typo.

And I don't see enough reason for this tag to exist. Specific tags for genderbent versions of characters are generally frowned upon, being reserved only for official named genderbent versions and rarely some fan made ones. See list of genderswap characters.

This tag references a specific genderswap that was originally created via AI, so it makes sense for it to exist because it's a distinct design that artists are referencing when they draw those posts.
