create implication pokemon_tcg_gb -> pokemon_(game)

For whatever reason there isn't an implication here, accidentally didn''t tag the franchise earlier and only realized hours later it was missing the umbrella tag.
The Gameboy game is a part of the Pokemon franchise and should imply it as well as the game branch.

Pokemon_(game) already implicates Pokemon so that first line isn't needed.
