I'm not sure where the term "anal wine" comes from, but it does appear to basically just refer to an alcohol enema. As a relatively new user who hasn't experienced the tag "anal wine" before, my first impression is that it refers to just wine rather than any alcoholic enema. Enema may be an unpleasant word for some, but it is a more official term for the act and it seems to me less ambiguous regarding what it intends to describe. While "butt chugging" is another alternative, it's not exactly explicit in its reference to alcohol so I could see it also being a little confusing for people unfamiliar with the term.
