BUR #21218 has been approved by @nonamethanks.
Officer is mostly military uniforms and a combination of deep history lore (that isn't always accurate) or canon tagging. About half of it is from the past year or so, when a few specific users became active and began populating it heavily, often with some resistance.
Commander is just outright a canon tag, mostly being haphazardly slapped on the various gacha self-inserts that bear the name.
Upvoted, but I will point out that commander isn't mostly being slapped on gacha self-inserts. Of the 34 posts the tag has right now, only ten are on such commanders, five each for GFL and Azur Lane. The rest are either canon-tagging for sci-fi anime properties or slightly akin to officer. Regardless, unsuitable tag-wise.
